What is The Jumpin' Jupiter?
The Jumpin' Jupiter is a fabulous, first of its kind live entertainment venue that is currently in transition. The Jumpin' Jupiter Road show is the same show that guests have come to enjoy, just performing at various venues. We are also available for club promos, private and coporate events. So if you are coming to see one of our shows, we hape you have a great time.
We pair live entertainment (be it dancers, musicians, or what-so-ever), with great drinks, and great food (when possible depending on the venue) to make this event the best escape from the world.
The core concept of The Jumpin' Jupiter is to create a comfortable environment where anyone can have a great time and forget about the outside world.
Dietary Restrictions For Supper Shows: (venue spacific)
Seating:
Seats are assigned based on when tickets were purchased and party size to make the space the most efficient. For large parties we do our best to accommodate you, please confirm before the show the total number of guests attending the show, so we can be sure that everyone is seated together.
Large Groups:
Please call ahead and let us know about your party. We love large parties, tour busses, party groups and more! Let us take care of you.
What time should I arrive?
Please check the show details for a reasonable explanation. But generally speaking doors open an hour before show time.
Are children allowed to attend?
"Our shows are geared to give adults an evening out without the little ones. Generally speaking we are a 18 and up for Supper shows and 21+ event, but please call the ticketing line and we may be able to make exceptions.
What is the procedure if I have special needs?
"Contact the venue at prior to your event to make special arrangements, such as food allergies, disabled seating, etc. Please give us as much advance notice as possible to ensure that we can accommodate your needs."
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes for all general admission or standing room tickets if there is room. For seated tickets, "Because of the nature of our unique dinner & entertainment program, we need to sell tickets in advance in order to anticipate and plan for each evening. Tickets may be purchased up to the date of the show, given that the event hasn't sold out.
Do you accept credit cards and debit cards at the club?
Yes. These are forms of payment are accepted for tickets, beverages, add-ons, gratuities and merchandise.
Can I rent the Jumpin' Jupiter Road Showfor a private event?
"Of course. See the Private Events tab for more information, or call us.
If a show is canceled, how do I get my money back?
We will call you and refund your money. If it has been a week, please call ticketing, we want to build long term customers not take your money.
Do you have a licensed nurse on call, in the event that the on stage entertainment proves too much for my fragile heart?
"Nope. Sorry. If dazzling and provocative acts of orchestrated chaos are bad for your health, please seek alternative entertainment. We do want to assure you that the Jumpin' Jupiter takes every precaution to make every experience safe for everyone. The construction of the show meets or exceeds all fire and assembly codes, with exits clearly marked. Our trained staff will be ever at the ready to provide any assist you may need."
Arrival:
Come in and hang out at the bar before the show. There is no reason to arrive extremely early as that doesn't determine your seating arrangement. If you have specific requests for seating please call the ticketing line and we can help accomodate your needs. Seating is determined on when the tickets are purchased and the size of the party.

JUMPIN JUPITER POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket will not be issued.
GRATUITY POLICY:
Our waitstaff is paid by tips. They will provide you with great service, and will help you have an enjoyable experience. On groups of 6 or more a 20% Gratuity will automatically be added to any items purchased at the Jumpin' Jupiter.
LARGE PARTY POLICY:
The Jumpin' Jupiter can accommodate large parties. We cannot guarantee that everyone will be at the same row. Also on large parties we generally do not accept split checks of any form. If you wish to have split checks you must pay with cash or run a "tab" with your server or purchase drinks each round at a time. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR SERVER BEFOREHAND WHEN WANTING TO HAVE SEPARATE CHECKS, TO ENSURE THAT PRECIOUS TIME WON'T BE WASTED AT THE END OF THE NIGHT SPLITING THE TAB.
ABANDONED TABS:
All tabs abandoned at the bar will be charged an automatic 20%.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO POLICY
ALL PHOTOS TAKEN AT THE JUMPIN JUPITER IF GIVEN PERMISSION BY PROFESIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS EITHER HIRED OR WORKING FOR FREE ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE JUMPIN JUPITER. EVEN IF YOU ARE HIRED TO DO SO, BY TAKING PHOTOS OF OUR SHOWS, YOU GIVE US PERMISSION TO USE THOSE PHOTOS IN OUR PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. FOR PATRONS, NO RECORDING DEVICES, STILL CAMERAS, OR VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED. NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT, GAME, PERFORMANCE, OR EXHIBITION. YOU AGREE THAT ANY MEDIA CREATED ON PREMISE IS PROPERTY OF THE JUPITER CLUB LLC (ie: photos, video recordings, audio recordings, etc), AND THAT IT WILL BE RELEASED TO THE JUPITER CLUB LLC WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CREATION. BY ENTERING THE PREMESIS YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU OWN NO RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ANY COPYRIGHT TO ANY MEDIA CREATED ON JUMPIN’ JUPITER PREMESIS AND THAT THE OWNER OF THAT MEDIA IS THE JUPITER CLUB LLC. NO MEDIA CREATED ON PREMISE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE RELEASED WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT BY THE JUPITER CLUB LLC OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES.
Please note that the Jumpin' Jupiter has two types of tickets: General Admission Seated Tickets and
General Admission Tickets Standing Room Only. THERE ARE NO SEATS IN STANDING ROOM ONLY
Seated Tickets: Are Seated Chairs at cocktail tables. THESE ARE THE ONLY SEATS IN THE JUMPIN JUPITER AND YOU MUST PURCHASE A SEATED TICKET TO RECEIVE A SEAT.
